Trikno AG bought the complete mass, including all warehouses, machinery and fixed assets, the intangible assets (patents, licenses and copyrights), and restarted the production of the chocolate machines and production equipment. For this purpose, most of the former employees of the Knobel Group were recruited for the new company. The production has been restarted on 01.09.2022.
